This clear acrylic dome end cap is for use with the 3″ Series Watertight Enclosure for ROV/AUV. The dome shape reduces drag on your vehicle and allows for extra room within the enclosure for additional electronics, sensors, or a camera! It has a wider field of view than that of a flat end cap. It’s optically clear and won’t warp or distort your footage. We designed this dome to go with our high-pressure 3″ Series Aluminum Tube, and the dome itself has a depth rating of 900 meters (tested in the Crushinator)!
The dome is sized just right to interface with the face-seal O-ring on the 3″ Series O-ring Flange, and it must be used with that product to form a good seal.
